Requirements for the Day of the Workshop

1. Access to the hall/classroom should be arranged 45 minutes prior to the commencement of the workshop. 

2. Provision of 5 rectangular tables and 10 chairs is necessary. 

3. A screen and projector should be supplied, if feasible. 

4. Assistance with transporting boxes is required, particularly if there are stairs and no lift. 

5. It is essential to be informed in advance about any autistic children or those with anxiety prior to the workshop's initiation. 

6. Parental consent must be obtained for children wishing to receive face paint or henna.
